Please read page 1 of the rules, and yes you duel everyone and there are no match ups. Also you are required to unblock everyone for PM purposes during the event.

Hyunbomb and I have discussed Curtis's entry. we are fine with it, but since we are past the registration and 1 day into the tournament, we also felt we would like to ask the participants for their acceptance.

If there are objections, please PM Hyunbomb and I by tommorow. If we do not hear objections from anyone, we will allow Curtis to participate. But this will be the only one allowed seeing it is just 1 day into the tournament.
