The complaint is that people aren't duelling because there is no consequence if you get it done.

There hasn't been this much lack of action in either of the first 2 mixes.

The dodge rule gives incentive to duel because if you don't you could lose your spot.

it may take up to 3 days regardless if there is dodge rule or not.

this is true, which is why there's 3 days to duel in the first place.

reinstating the dodge rule allows the more active users to progress instead of being stuck on a regular basis.

This is true. I live in New Zealand so im on when most of you are sleeping. The dodge rule only applies if you do not respond to the challenge. If you fail to complete a couple of duels in a row ur gonna get placed MIA anyways. Im all for the dodge rule so lets get dueling yea
