show me 1 rule that says bowzon ama is allowed to use draks and show me 1 more rule that says that smiter isnt allowed to use draks and exile!

bowa cant leech with lt.. only on summons

smiter can leech with lt on char

i pmed the hoster of ladder 3 tournament before 2-3 years when those rules was there

like everyone can play man lol

i used 55% slow and i lost when i use 55% slow i am also slowed and not 7 fps or if i am 7 fps i dont have high ress or high dr or high dmg...

so slow doesnt help alot

and when i duelled assasinka i was duelling for fun+ i wasnt count our duell and i was changing gear on every duell we did and he says that he won me but i dont rly care we will see when he will call me out here in ladder

and if you want really fair rules

then try duell pcl or ep
