With 90 dex I’m guessing Ravenfrost + fcr ring? See if you can replace the raven with an Soj, being frozen only slows your walk speed, not cast rate.

You should always buff yourself to get the +skills, then cast oak, bear, and Carrion if that’s your flavour (it’s my flavour, I like not having to use juv’s ever), then buff your pets. Adds another 80-120 life depending on your bo level.
