2 to 4 weeks. Its an on going thing with both of my shoulders. Last 4 years ive been in and out of slings. You thought i brought that up for nothing? lol

I go for a nap and wake up with my shoulder disolcated and realized this weekend that everytime i do a full rotation it pops i think its been dislocated for over a year my girlfriend realized it

Youd know it if it was dislocated. If its a minor pop its not too much of a deal
