Haha think I’ve been vocal enough but your the only admin who see’s my side. Without a cap I bet everyone for the most part will be the same.

Where is the list of banned items?

Someone said no CTC items but Dracs are allowed? And CTC doesn't trigger during WW anyway?

Chance to Cast when attacking/striking items do not proc in WW as WW is not considered a melee (standing still) attack.
Chance to Cast when Struck items DO cast in WW.

Therefore, CTC is permitted on items as long as they abide by the other rules (no slow/freeze/etc)
Item charges on any item may not be used.
I will work on putting together a list of banned items, although this should be common sense.
