This is Unique tournament not Unique and rare. Even then It would be unique/set tournament then not unique/rare. Either way the reason for angelic is simple. Its for proper balancing of ar at a low cost. Even if I were to ban the angelics everyone would use 2x ravens highlords/metal grid and duels would take forever to complete and would be boring. Not only that it would cost more and would take longer to get certain pieces like metal grid. Makes perfect sense to ban visionaries bro this is a unique and fun tournament of skill. Not only that when you use visionaries you use angelic's unless using fools weapons, and again if using fools/visionaries it wouldn't be Unique either. Rules are more than fair and so is the entry fee of 50fg. The difference of using angelics to using a 5bo 5iron skin 5shout vis is irrelevant here and there is no comparison of the 2... It's also why this tournament was thought of to begin with. It allows others that aren't in the bvb community a chance to come and duel and compete. Not everyone can afford all the zbug's and imported helms. This was meant to appeal to all of West that are interested in Gm dueling. It's all easy cheap gear to get if you don't already have laying around for this tournament (you don't need all perfect gear to compete).

Maybe we can do a rare tournament for you sometime PeV but rules are as stated and I'm sure every one would agree that They're fair.

Its a unique tournament with the use of angelic rings and amulet set! There is no rare involved! Also it does say Unique only in the topic description. You are right about one thing I have to stick to my word bro and as stated in the rules when you signed up all unique gear "with the exception of using angelic rings and amulet". As shown right here in the rules... I really don't understand what the deal is here other than you clearly didn't read anything at all before you joined PeV? You were set to do your first match and had all regular gears on (fort, viso, angelics, grief, ect). It clearly says Unique only BvB in the title. Everyone has their own twists on things. Like warriors do not allow str bugging and allows stash visits. We are allowing angelic rings and amulet in place of ravens and metal grid plain and simple!
