Foh in Rank 1 is restricted (What?)
Do not last hit with Charge
Bugtal in Rank 3 is restricted

Well Egardner was a bit rude but not totally wrong.. What about make this league two rank instead of three. Rank 1 for smite/charge no tele/no foh etc.. Rank 2 with tele/chainlock/foh allowed ??
Also I had to agree "Do not last hit with foh" this rule is a bit ehm -.- in vt vs vt/smite duels foh is part of the match at least cancel this rules one for Rank 3.
