No but imo if both don't want to hf they could agree not to.

pointless to have it to be agreed with, if both players wont use hf, they simply wont.

shud it be 2/2 vote for hf? what if its 1/2 vote for holyfreeze? whats the decision there?

need some input on this.

There will Be ONLY 1 Rankings
Best Of West NL Smiters
V/t's, Pure Smiters, Charge Smiters Welcomed
No Seperate Ranking For V/t's Etc.

Just post your name like in this example:
- Jsp acc
- Guild (If no guild, leave blank)
- Chararacter name
- Type of character (U Can Only Be this Throughout The League, This discourages Tokens)
- Paid Status

DUELING RULES:
- You Must be a SMITER!!
- Do not prebuff.
- Do not use any curse of necro.
- Do not Use Life tap. (exile, dracs, etc) even tho hoz > exile
- Do not use poisin dmg scs.
- Do not use healing pots/rejuv pots. Only Mana pots.
- Do not use Mercs.
- Holy freeze is allowed.
- Do not tmc or any other programs or mods that alter your breakpoints.
- No Oak.
- No unperm gear/invent etc.
- Always say go before startin the duel.
- You must have enough strength to pick up your body without switching gear.
- You may stash, but not for prebuff. For Switching setups and whatnot.
- Duels are Ft7's. First to 7 wins. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WIN BY 2.* You are expected to know these rules before participating on the ladder.
- Only Gm sorb/+resists rules apply: You either have one piece of %sorb(wisp) on OR have one piece of + max resist item(tgods) For example: tgods CANNOT be used with wisps! Its either you use wisps, OR tgods)
- Salvation is GM!
- If u r caught not being the build you named urself to be (i.e V/t token'd to pure charge/smiter) u will lose that match.
- Hybrid Runewords are allowed here.

Challenges:

- When challenging on the ladder, challenge one or two spots up the ladder. When in top 5, you can only challenge only one spot above you. Make sure to post all information for both participants and send a personal message to the player you challenged ASAP.
**The winner MUST post a screenshot of 1 kill (any kill on their opponent) with the time.** This is not always necesary, as long as both participants to share and accept the outcome. But Is Necessary if Other Player Request it.

**S/s: With minimap and message screen ON during or right after the match has taken place.(highly recommended in top 5. dont be shy to request.)

***Screen Shots can be requested at any time for the use of tmc, or other illegal performance enhancing hacks -If any form of hacking is detected, you will be kicked out*** (pretty much all smiter players i know are very gm so shouldn't be any problems.)

**If you lose your challenge, you have to wait 48 hours before you rechallenge that same player. Giving the winner a chance to challenge smiters above him.

YOU MUST, I REPEAT YOU MUST CHALLENGE YOUR OPPONENT IN THIS FORMAT:

****If You Dont Post Accordingly, Your Challenge is voided and ur opponent is available for any other challenge.

Inactivity:

- After a challenge has been posted, it will stay open on the forum for 3 days. If the defending user does not accept the challenge, or the match does not take place within 3 days of the initial post, the challenger will automatically win the match due to the incativity rule.

*If the "dodge" rule applies BOTH players involved will not be able to challenge up the ladder for 48 hours, but can duel challengers below them that request for the spot.
