Most of the revisions you made are pretty fucking stupid, for example the hammerdin one. Only allowing desynch or tele would limit hammerdins severely and make them weak as fuck. The life tap rule I go by as well as many others is one piece of life tap gear is allowed meaning either dracs or exile.
The minimap rule is also fucking dumb, people inadvertently leave the minimap all the time. The ibs rule is also pretty fucking rediculous, IBS is one of the necs strongest points in dueling if used correctly, not to mention this would mean necs cant spam spirits if the opponent decides to teleport away from them or camp (for example if a trapper decides to sit in traps).
The killing monster duel is fucking dumb too, if someone is intentionally healing off monsters then sure thats reasonable as bm, if a monster sets off a trap the 12(iirc) to life from kill from enigma isn't really gonna help that much, this should be held to the discretion of the people dueling, if you expect someone to heal off monsters then fuckin kill them yourself before you duel, I'm personally not gonna run around the moor pvming to ensure I don't accidentally kill a quill rat.
Thats all I really care to get into as I don't give a shit what you decide to use as your rules and no one is ever going to follow them anyhow aside from you and some of your friends if you have any.

I primarily play a nec, and everyone I kill with IBS say the same thing. I even agree that intentionally doing it is bullshit. Spirit is powerful enough already... It follows you, generally it fhr locks you, does it really need to be invisible too?

Killing monsters: If I had a nickel for everytime I either one or lost from 14 life in a duel (Enigma's lpk) , I'd be rich as hell. Just clear the moor before hand. Not too hard.
