Yeah I’m sure they are level 99 with 45 life pcombs, it is what it is.

You don't need much (at least for now). I run with Pcomb 30lifers and a stormshield. These would be good enuf unless you face jacked players which is very rare in D2R.
But ofc the better the gear the better
