That was my opinion on pvp for d2r. There are still plenty of pvps goin on but it's primarily private hosted for team duels.

D2r did lose a fair share of decent to top tier pvpers based off fhr alone. It's more of a balancing issue then anything else. I just don't see blizz putting in the effort to get d2r pvp to the level d2lod pvp was

Gm dueling was also only 4 characters

With the fhr not being fixed it took away from having fair duels, whereas now classes have specific advantages
