If I'm not mistaken I still get priority if I'm above your rank no? I've already requested a challenge between the above two after my duel with , otherwise if that is not the case, we can vtpk.

don't think dibs take priority over an active challenge i.e. me challenging you now, didn't see you call dibs earlier though so i will let you challenge loser of that one after our match

don't think rank gives priority either if two people want to challenge the same person, should just be whoever challenges first or subjective on if someone calls dibs
