in my personal opinion that is considered a welch and should NOT be allowed.
its the act of a coward and a child

you've gotten away with one, and some people a dozen, dont make the same mistake!

UPDATES
-quick pm links to mediator/trusted have been added, if youre an active and want to make links for actives send me the links and i will add them.
-list has been updated with 1 new welcher
-all actions start/refer from january and on~
-quote and repost this just incase it gets covered by spam

How to post a welch:
PM a mediator with or linking to a thread with the follow

welchers profile URL
screenshots of
in game jsp name and agreement to duel
in game all kills
extras but not necessary
challenge thread
pms
time stamps
any other proof that would help

How to be removed:

pay the welch
will be added to paid back welchers list
will be cleared after a month of behaving

How to become Active:

help assist the thread
be active
promote
suggest to people to report welches and how to avoid being welched
vouched by actives and a trusted or a mediator

Etc, ways to prevent welching

any active/trusted caught breaking the rules will result in a removal and/or other consequences
an active member may be removed if inactive

how to reduce your odds of getting welched:
always act in a civil manner
* belittling your opponent during an fg duel is a great way to get welched, making fun of someone after they've lost a bet encourages them to welch.
*stop yourself or your partners from making any unessesary/negative comments , if you have nothing nice to say, dont say it.
*if something is not going your way that either you or the other dueler(s) dont agree on, stop the match and discuss it or pm someone for assistance
if you get welched because of cheating accusations, you can still get paid by explaining what you're doing (people can be quiet reasonable)
