It's actually very difficult... you must do at least 15 index finger pushups and stretch it in a circular motion... this will loosen all tendons and get the blood circulating...therefore you're clicking finger will be very strong and your performance level in this serious battle of the shield barbs will be very much improved!

Don't forget to masturbate after loosening the tendons. Otherwise u won't wirlwind the right way.
