this isn't how the ladder works. i'll explain this to you.

1. you post your challenge, and you have to make sure they're not in a challenge already.
2. you pm the user with the challenge and time of challenge, and ask to arrange a time / if they can now if they're on.
3. you wait until allotted time is up (in the case of calling a dodge), and if you lose, you cannot re-challenge until 48 hours later.
4. if you lose, post it here. if you win, post it here. if you call dodge after 3 days of, well obvious dodging, post it here.
5. if someone drops out when you're in a challenge to get on the ladder that happens to put you on, the challenge is still on (from the original time of it)

none of this "he challenged him first" or "i duel whoever is available next"

the first person to post when that person is not in a challenge gets the duel.
