new rule unless sitepoint doesn't approve:
If you retract a challenge, you must wait 12 hours before placing a new challenge. You can't bind someone up in a challenge, then unchallenge him once the person above him opens up. He can't unchallenge you to challenge the person 1 up from him so why should u be able to (the reasoning)

That rule will be flexible in cases (aka if you JUST challenged someone minutes ago, and they aren't even on to recieve PM) then that'd be a case where I'd nullify the rule there

Just little cases like those I'd make exceptions, but I agree with that rule skibum.

e/ I guess the "official rule" is that they aren't allowed in, You must cast during dueling, and obviusly bow sorcs dont cast
