Updated @ website, PMe if i made a mistake !

Rules update: ferno / dwarf is ban for both vita/es build, Max res = +5 now for vita sorc (so ww or 1vex somewhere). Mana pots are not allowed anymore for es sorc vs vita.
i tried those rules with kazum and it's fair.
