Bolded ranks mean I am unsure whether or not they are still active.
i will PM them myself to make sure, but for the moment, 1 dodge count and they will be removed
i don't like the idea of removing people from an already dead ladder, but if they don't play anymore, it's common sense i take them off
people that aren't bolded can't be removed because of dodges

The rules in this thread are in serious need of an overhaul

What I came up with is as follows, but I'm open to discussion

General Ladder Rules
- Players must be off each others map before saying go
- No Money Takers.
- No Naked killing.
- Duels are first to five
- Excessive racism, or smack talk can lead to you being disqualified or removed from the ladder

Dueling Rules
- No hacks of any kind
- Clear the moor prior to Dueling
- No Shrines/Wells
- Only type of potions allowed is mana potions
- Refusal to gmod test, refusal to show inventory/weapon swap, will result in disqualification
- No more than 40 Life Replenish (Including weapon switch)
- Items which contain spell charges are allowed, but the use of the charges is not.
- No prebuffing
- No mercenaries
- no in game techniques are banned however housing/boxing/overly/wall-corner abuse defensive play could result in disqualification
- No traps/missles may be casted prior to your opponent saying 'Go'
- Towning is infact a loss/death, accidental or not
- No more than 15 integer damage reduced (i.e.: MDR)
- No use of poison length reduction (Except Natalya's Shadow)

Sorb/+Max Rules
- Claw/claw Assassins that use Lightning Sentry for damage (i.e.: have more than 1 point in it) may not use +% Max Resist or Absorb (other than Raven)
- Claw/claw Assassins that don't use Lightning Sentry for damage (Ghosts, Kickers, Fire Trappers) may use Wisp, but may not use +% Max Resist or any other Absorb (other than Raven)
- Non-Claw/claw (Weapon/Shield, Bow, etc) Assassins may use TGod or 5/20 (+5% max & 20% absorb (wisp))

you made me realize that I didn't even read the rules
usually what I like to do is the following:

no lightning absorb at all allowed on trappers
Wisp allowed on hybrid assasins
Tgods or wisp allowed on ghosts

w/s sins fall under default dueling rules

but to be honest I don't really mind, as long as it's not total imbalance (like tgods on hybrids)
also you can't really sorb on a trapper unless you like using 65 fcr (...)

so whatever...

Allowing Wisp on Hybrids but not on Trappers is dumb. That leads to behavior like this:
1. I'm dueling as a Trapsin in a Trap vs Hybrid match
2. As a Trapper, I'm not allowed to use sorb, but the Hybrid is allowed to use Wisp
3. I put on a Chaos, call myself a hybrid, and then use a Wisp
It's just dumb.


And TGod is, IMO, overpowered. It seriously fucks a hybrid's traps and outright prevents Shadow Bruiser-type builds (see here).

so you're saying if it was allowed on trapper you'd use it over 102 fcr?
come on...
and swapping to a chaos doesn't make you a hybrid
instead we could define what the term hybrid is in the ruleset, so the behavior you stated above can't occur

as for tgods, i don't play hybrid assasins so i can't give you an unbiased PoV
I just know that good trappers are REALLY hard for ghosts if you are using just a wisp

what we could do is allow it against trapper and ban it against hybrid sins (referring to what i mentioned above)
