? about the rules no 65 res does that mean i cant use a wiz spike kiras and coh vs cold sorcs?

best setup is 2x ravens, 3xraven scarab circ, 4x raven scarab 100 life armor, 6x raven scarab phase blade, 4x raven scarab monarch, trangs, 3x raven scarab treks,with 20 res anni, and 39x 20life/11 cold res scs (nn torch cus 2x 11 res is higher then 20 res from torch)

You can only use ONE item that has over 65 res,

65 res on the dot you can have multiple items, but only one with OVER 65 resistance
