Hector has been afk from the ladder for much more than 3 Days, and is pending removal from the ladder. Dodge rule applied.

Blood_Myst can issue a new Challenge as though he is #22 as of now.

Apparently lordnuke and i have missed each other, he was suppose to pm me on the 11th. Guess give us a day or two if we don't get done on the 12th, thx.
