I need a rule clarification, can we challenge people while they are in a pending match, or challenge the winner/loser of a pending match?

Im thinking about making a 1 hour challenge cooldown. And 10fg rewards for same day dueling as challenged to help speed along. Lmk opinions

Have you guys dueled yet ?

Make it so losers cannot challenge 24 hours after a loss, otherwise people can continuously challenge after a win or a loss and never move down the ladder.

Like I challenged 3 days ago and the ppl i challenged re-challenged others within 5 minutes of them announcing their duel was complete. That ain't right and can definitely be gamed.
