Well medi on a pure + skill hdin is at most lvl lvl 18-20 at 1 point base.

thats 21-25 life regen per 2 seconds, i really dont think thats unreasonable :/

factor in that pdr build, you lose +4 skills and ~500 life after bo, lvl 16 prayer is 17 life every 2 seconds.
