This is 100% wrong.

you can challenge up to 2 AVAILABLE spots ahead of you. If someone is vacation status then they are not available and therefor you can skip over them and challenge the next 2 available.

unfortunately for you though ceddd both of those spots are in a duel. but if it was 5v2, then you ccould challenge 3
