IS is also kind of useless since it's not a % of reduce

plus why would you need to lower an amazon's defense anyways lol

Actually, it doesn't have to be a % reduce.
Max IS on my old melee jabbazon could take MASS defense off, if the char has a defense buff like Holy Shield or Shout.
For example, I could take my friends 30k defense zealer down to 19-20k defense.
Makes a HUGE difference vs mass defense pallys and barbs, but you are right, it's worthless vs an amazon.

Same, IS is worthless vs anything besides paladins and barbs.
