the update stated what was there...can't just drop it then challenge someone already challenged the update was there lol....don't worry aaron this won't stand I'm certain well actually gerbil "runs" this now so anything can happen.

Garcia HAS to send a PM to who he challenges. For it to be valid anyway. He didnt save it and Duty said he didnt get the PM.. So its null

There is no rule stating he can't drop his challenge, at least not one I am aware of.
He is correct about the PM though. If Garcia didn't send a pm then the challenge was invalid.
We had something similar happen a while back with someone not sending a pm.



I am not sure why you would have a ladder in which it wasn't required. Im pretty sure the ladder you used to run that I took over for you while you were an absentee required it. I mean, it should have for obvious reasons, i.e. this situation.

Also, if Garcia was 50% and could not send or receive PMs... shouldnt he have been removed?

I thought that was maybe why you said " I was at 50% yesterday " Not sure why that was relevant then...

I am just going to stomp out this argument now.
If he had no pm access and none of us noticed it and it did not interfere with the ladder then I am not going to make a deal over it. He can pm for right now, and until it actually effects his ability on this ladder leave it be.




He said it because Seejay brought up his current and he was, I am assuming, pointing out that it has actually been lowered. Although I am not sure why it was brought up in the first place.



So, to set this all clear. Rick's challenge was valid. He dropped his challenge and then challenged Duty, won and has challenged Kung.

Garcia, please remember to save sent PMs in the future.

rick you should know that 70% is where pm access is taken away im sure a multi is at that % somewhere lol
