Dunno nething bout amd processors... is it really only 2.0ghz?

my old comp, which is still pro, has an amd athlon 64 3500, its botu 6-7 years old and still running good

when it comes to dual/quad core i like intel, but just because of reviews n research ive done, i have no actual experience with dual/quad core amd's

That's what ill be after. Prolly i5 processor setup. Most I've seen are 500ish. That's well within the limitis I set for a new comp

i was gonna build another comp this past year, but i just bought a really nice dell cause i wanted widnows 7 and a new monitor. if i were to buy those things it basically kills the cost-savings associated with building your own due to Dell's cheap package deals. Plus i dont have to run the risk of fucking anything up when i build it(which isnt likely but still), and i get warranty.

Yeah, it was a comp. Saw it at staples in december. I saw an i7 too for 700. Comp too ofc
