At this point, he can only advance if Jim beats Austin.

So I'm supposed to assume that Austin will lose and penalize him because Jim couldnt make it?
Only way I can reasonably do that is if RollingThunder posts here with images of their PMs proving that Austin either was too busy or deliberately avoided the duel.

Edit: Rick, my decisions on ruling matches that haven't been played will always favor the person who tried to duel.
If we evaluate the two, Austin has one duel left (with Rollingthunder) and Rollingthunder has 3. Who do you think I'm going to favor?
