The service user profile service is preventing the login of my useraccount , so i cannot load my only computeracount , and in save modus my computer refuses to make a 2nd account ...

Reinstall Windows. It should keep your folders.

Cant enter bios or boot from disk , u have to pres f8 on the right moment to enter diskboot , but i dont get any screen until the screen where i have to enter my useracc pass. Screen stays black that whole time .
I go to computershop right after work and see what they say, if they have to hold my pc for to long to fix il have to quit my own tour :/

Strange. Usuall to enter bios you must press del and to Boot from disk f4/f8 compers Mainboard.

At bios you can choose /change the bootscreen.

Usually you can Reinstall win from the safety mod. :/

You usually should be at least able to Boot from a disk or usb drive.
If you CAN'T, you are in a bit of a trouble.

Anyway, boot from a windows disk or use a USB device(Microsoft offers a simple program to create such a recovery usb)
Then you should be able to fix it.

E: it's not always f8.. F2, f12,f4,del is What i know as well
