Rules :
General
  • No hacks of ANY kind.
  • No healing potions/shrines.
  • No charges from items (Life Tap, Slow Missile, Amplify Damage, Oak etc etc…)
  • No mercenaries, no gold-stealing, no naked killing, No bad-mannered playing of any kind
  • Game must be in NIGHTMARE and in the BLOOD MOOR
  • Map MUST be cleared of all monsters.
  • The duel starts when EVERYONE has said “.go” (Notice the dot)
  • If a player is requested to show equipment, it MUST be done ASAP, without going to stash or trading anyone else!
  • Rejoining the game is only allowed for Charge-bug, Leap-bug, or any good reasons, Anya Bug rejoining is NOT allowed due to it happening after each death UNLESS it is agreed by the other person.
  • Precast is NOT allowed
  • Replenish life is capped at 33. Except Energy-Shield using Sorceress’, they can use 27 Replenish life.
  • Stacking, Mana-Potions and Arrows/Bolts IS allowed pre-duel.
  • Keep defwhoring to a minimum. Don’t stand in one spot and spent 90% of the duel off screen.
  • Camping in houses/corners is NOT allowed.
  • If you enter “Den”, even by miss-click, it is classed as a give-up for you.
  • The duel does NOT stop if Mana, Arrows, Bolts or any item of that kind is needed.
  • If both duelers die at the same time, that round is nullified and will be replayed.

Absorb and Resistance rules
  • When dueling Trap-Assassin’s, Hybrid-Assassin’s, Javazon’s, Light-Sorc’s or Fire-Sorc, the maximum absorb is 30% OR +10% max res ( OR 20% absorb + 5% max resistance)
  • Thundergod’s IS allowed even though it has +10% max resistance and 20% absorb
  • When dueling against a Blizzard-Sorc, you ARE allowed to use 20% absorb and a MAXIMUM of 240% stacked resist. (Nightwings Veil is NOT classed as absorb)
  • When dueling against orb sorc, you ARE allowed to use 20% absorb + MAXIMUM of 180% stacked resist. (Nightwings Veil is NOT classed as absorb)
  • When dueling Vindicator-Templar Paladin/Pure Fist-of-Heavens Paladin, you ARE allowed to use 85% resistance + 180 stack OR 260stack (85%resistance = 1 absorb, so 80% resistance doesn’t count, Thundergod’s IS allowed even thought it has +10% maximum resistance and 20% absorb

Class-specific Rules
Necromancer 
  • Necromancers can NOT use the skills  -Bone Prison -Revive -Decrepify -Iron Maiden.
  • Summons are NOT allowed. Unless golem.

Assassin
  • Assassin using dual claws:
    -May use only 5% maximum resistance or 10% absorb vs Fire-Sorc or Light-Sorc
    -May use 1 Raven and 200% stack resist vs Blizz-Sorc
    -May use 1 Raven and 150% stack resist vs Orb-Sorc

Paladin
  • Paladin can NOT use any aura’s that replenish life (Prayer, Meditation and Cleansing, If prayer is skilled)
  • Paladin is allowed to use meditation against Energy-Shield using Sorceress’
  • Paladin can NOT use Holy-Freeze
  • Paladin can NOT use Holy-Bolt
  • Paladin may use Hotspur’s when he is just using pure hammer. (Not allowed if using Grief etc)

Druid
  • Cyclone Armor does also if  dudu want to use oak vs chars which making physical dmg  then the game must be at hell else  if game nm then dudu cant use oak NOT class as absorb or maximum resistance.


Barbarian
  • Is allowed to use a maximum of 60% Open-Wounds.
  • Is allowed to use 1 Poison Small Charm
  • Is allowed to use 2 Raven’s ( No stacked resistances of course)


Amazon
  • Amazon’s can NOT use the skill “Slow-Missiles”
  • Is allowed to use 1 Poison Small-Charm amazon can also use Draculs
  • Is allowed to use 2 Raven’s (No stacked resistance of course)
Sorceress
  • Absorb or Maximum Resistance is NOT allowed to be used when using Energy-Shield
  • Mana-Potions are NOT allowed if you use Energy-Shield



Restricted/Banned Items
  • Doom
  • Rising Sun
  • Griswold Helmet
  • Blackoak Luna
  • Hotspurs (Allowed ONLY on Necromancers, Druids and Hammerdin(If using pure Hammer)

sry but lifetap is banned for smiter

not for other chars

as i know draculs are allowed on bowazon

also for my english i know its not very good but i am trying my best :)
