Hitting 60 ias turns a zeal into garbage non tap. Any edc/+2 Pally 30 Ias viso build would shit on it.

I'd unban phoenix as well, talk to the rest of the people supporting the ladder, I don't really care lol. I'm not trying to overpower builds.. I'm trying to give everyone more options, dueling the same build 200 times a day tap or NT is getting old.

Its just every time somebody suggests something everyone just goes:

Unban greif, unban death, unban phoenix, unban 451 psn small charms, unban shifting, unban precasting enchant, unban prebuffing holyshield/Bo, unban using hydra off my torch while I duel...

It's a domino effect lol. I mean the obvious things like grief should stay bm since it would be overpowered and everyone would just use grief. But there are other rules that don't make sense. I never really saw a point of death being bm since the glacial dmg doesn't do anything especially when compared to what torch does. And if andys was considered gm then death and phoenix might as well be aloud too since they're banned for the same reasons. Phoenix sucks anyway lol. Would spice things up and ugml could adjust some rules. Might as well have some fun before d3 comes out and kills off the ladders anyway.

Andy's does barely any damage, it doesn't have the potential to kill your opponent and opens up hundreds of builds.

That's the only reason I even took it into consideration.
