modem = direct link from coaxle cable from the walljack to the modem to your comp which is dynamic ip

which 1 do u use? if u use a modem, i can help u reset ur ip

router. i know i have static ip and i know i dont use a modem because of a link

so you use a wireless bus card?

well if you're comps the source for the router and it's connected to the router, then the router is connected through the modem, all u need to do is disconnect everything, reconnect the modem to ur comp and then reset ur ip
