Even at 50% resis from a 10 resis and anni and torch, 37 451s are doing 577 per second assuming you have no psn length reduction either.

I can't stress enough how bad that is for an investment of 37 inventory slots and 260k fg, and this is literally the worst case scenario possible. Min resis torch & anni against 37 451s with no psn length reduction, it cannot get worse than that and even then it still sucks.

Yes, this is also a thing for lower str builds.

It would only be going psn dmg on weapon or gear, like 2os pal viso with 50 pan damage. Psn charms would not be allowed.
