Cube-Bo is used by classes that do not have battle orders and battle command readily available and need to make use of their weapon swap slots. ie: Insight/Cta Sorc. Tele Amp Lacerator Bowa
Prebuff is used by classes that need to boost their readily available skills beyond what is capable in their already available slots. ie:PreBuff Bowa BvC or 100% Es Sorc

barbs cube-Bo to increase bo/shout/ and command level.
Swap arach with IK belt, 3bo ammy, 2x bk, and 6 Bo helm.

Just give a yes or no answer please.. Is this allowed, yes or no?

Cube-boing with a barb is considered pre-buffing. It is a barb.
This is not allowed.
