for instance, i was thinking of using clegs vs trappers for a couple of reasons, firstly because it adds kb but also b/c it has 25% slow, which will make traps show up slower, and i think it slows down clawblock as well. Trapper isnt really an ias based char, so I am to understand i am allowed to do this? I can understand why it would be bm vs a zon or a smiter or something, but a trapper is not really an "ias" based char, its an fcr based char that uses ias bps, or maybe doom could be allowed vs trapper? just lmk cuz im curious and i cant really figure it out from the rules

i would argue that trappers are ias based characters with fcr bps. sins use ias as their main form of attack. just like how a barb uses ias as their main for of attack but use fcr bps for teleport.
i believe nos and arach are the only slow allowed items but i did ask a few ppl to confirm.
