If a dodge rule is invoked, the challenger will be awarded a win, the defender will be awarded a loss.

Additional Rule:
If A challenges B and B lost - B no longer needs to wait 12 hours to re-challenge (though must wait 12 hours to re-challenge the same person).

However, the current rule (Under Section Challenge clause E) still applies if A challenges B and A lost - A would have to wait 12 hours before re-issuing another challenge and 24 hours before challenging the same person.
