We aren't west soo we going keep the rules, we won't changed it because of one person. Enough said. If you don't like the rules then go play west or go play on ugml NT. since their rules are almost same as west lool except for format and some other rules. So drop this subject we won't changed it. It's not important issue or anything else dealing with UGML and we will not change it on any tourneys at all and only people can vote is admins that's it unless the admin of that guild is AFK then assistant of that guild can take over and allowed to vote.

for a rule to have legitimacy it should be easy to explain why it is enforced. some rules are obvious others have shades of grey. All i'm asking for is an explanation , and to evaluate exactly why psn is considered bm.

someone can sneak 451s so you got to check charms (we do this on west)
and if you have ever zealed with it you would know getting hit while your psn'd hits glitchy

Thx for your insight Josh. Do you mean that it is more difficult to get hit while you are poisoned (green) or that it is harder to hit your opponent while you are poisoned?

the duration (which can have a cap as well) I have noticed during testing has been quite short and if the duration is short enough almost negligible

Regarding having to check inv, yes that is a real concern. But if the cap is low enough that you wouldn't normally lose any life, it may be easy to tell. Although I do recognize this as a real concern and if could not be controlled for, is enough to keep all psn bm.

Na when you get hit while your "green" it does glitch damage like doubles almost its weird

I'm against allowing psn dmg on ugml. I don't think psn itself is such a big deal even though I don't like the fact that ppl's inventories may have to be checked. The reason why I'm against it is because later I'm sure someone will find a fool's that has slightly more ele dmg than what's allowed and ask for a change of the rules and it will go on and on. Basically we will open a can of worms if we change the ele dmg cap imo. About allowing torches which was brought up in another thread (since they do more ele dmg than psn), I would be all for banning torches altogether but I guess I'm one of the few who thinks that way.

All good thoughts it's just a bit biased imo, I mean psn is only one without a cap. I suppose adding charms with other ele DMg is less of an issue because they do much less DMg? If so, makes sense ( for example we don't check inventories to see if charms aren't exceeding total fire or light DMg cap)

And regarding torches I feel the same way and have mentioned this issue before. They do more DMg than people realize. You are not alone.

However a ban of torches would require universal acceptance in other ladders and in casual dueling or else it will rewuire endless restatting and would be extremely inconvenient.
But in theory I agree, they should not be allowed.
