I tried to meet z01d a couple time. I sent im 2 or 3 pms and he only answered me on time at 2:30AM to tell me he was available. I tried to send him more pms but his message box is full.
I still have untill tomorow to meet him, lets see what happen. I am available all evening between 5-10 PM all week.

After discussing this issue with the rest of the council we have decided that rather than making changes to the rules we instead will handle this on a case-by-case basis. If anyone feels that their opponent is not acting in good faith to the spirit of intent of the rules, or in general being BM please contact me directly with any pertinent information and I will act accordingly. I have PMd
about this issue and if any of his future duels fall under what I would deem to be an "insufficient effort" to complete a challenge he will receive a dodge.
