yah PD has been down for a few months now, but it was also a different setting, tournies there were finished in 2 hours
these ones on jsp take weeks
but kk no respec, makes it easier to remember

anyways i know PvP rules fine.. was just unfamiliar with Respec-ing situation with tourny, like i said its been over a year or two since ive been in a tournament

I'm assuming based on this that Necs changing to mb mid tourney is bm?

I'm not sure if they're fpk or not, but that seems like a pretty drastic change.

And for the record, when I joined, I posted as BvA, and have not restatted

Yes Respec-ing is BM

BUT i do not see why a MB nec is not an fpk char as long as it is a BONE necro (uses teeth/spear/spirit) for only source of damage

TBH i wish i announced at the begining banning all Block builds in my tournament (cant have over x % of block) but way to late now.. would have made things alot less complicated/easier to follow
