yeah because if everyone had the same timezones it would be 11am and pitch black out in a decent part of the world.

NOTES:

First off, thanks to 420hero and about 2 hours worth of discussion and testing, we have decided on a final GM ruling for Bowa vs CSer and that ruling is:
If you are a CS zon wearing Enigma, you must use the same amount of run/walk or less against other zons who are not using Enigma.
Slow Target % is now entirely illegal as stated in the original ruling.
Bit of advise vs CS, WSGing for desynch is key. We well tested this and I see this fit as well and balanced ruling. Let me know if anyone disputes this.

There is now a new Challenge Rule which I have put into effect myself tonight and that rule is:
If you are placed into HOLD status for any reason, you may immediately challenge anyone up to the rank of your previous position to reclaim a spot in the ladder.
If you win, you claim the spot and everyone under you is bumped down 1 position.
If you lose, you will be bumped down 2 slots bellow the rank you challenged as if that person beat you in a normal challenge and your ladder progression will resume as normal from that point forward.
I put this rule into effect vs 420hero tonight due to him being the only one on. Duel ended in 5-2 my favor

Special note to Alpha - Since you did get a win on me before I employed this new ruling, to make it fair, you get one free immediate challenge against me to take my position any time your ready.
This free challenge transcends the 2 rank rule - In Example: you are #7 now and could only normally challenge up to #5 but you may challenge me as #3 with this free pass ^^
Let me know when your ready to cash it in. Wait as long as you'd like.
