No, it is not a requiremnt for someone to make a challenge however f they di not accept a challenge they can get themselves a dodge counter. 2 dodge counters is a removal fromt he ladder. Try Pming people and trying to get small tourneys together to boost activity smile.gif

fine >.< its just annoying to have 11 ppl in a ladder and no1 challenging lol
