can i challenge someone while waiting for a higher ranked opponent? i challenged someone 2 ranks up, is it possible i can challenge someone in the mean time that's 1 rank higher?

edit: also is it ok to use 1 poison charm?

you can challenge up to 2 rank higher, let's say you are rank 8, you can challenge either rank 7 or rank 6, but not rank 5.
if both rank 7 and rank 6 in pending, then you have to wait.

i believe no poison allow.
