I am not sure if all top 4 finished their duels, but I have asked it to be completed by the 15th. It seems "asking" did not mean mandate for some. So I am now setting a mandate date of Sept 23 to finish all of your duels. There will be no extensions given after this date.

this is off topic But. Now that all the vis helms are out People have more then 33 Wc's (Battle Orders and Shout) Isnt that still Bm?
