97 is fine to start getting some feeler duels in... you actually wouldn't even be the lowest level on the ladder!

all depends what build you go with, 97 with a viso is fine. 99 for arreats

i agree use viso but u can get away with angelics and a fools wep with arreats only 20% and still win if ur fools is gg
