I'm about to sign-up with my es blizzy, I'll be using only 1x bmana, I've managed to hit 75fr exact with SoP so no complaining, I just need some more cold stack

I'll be using mana pots at 90es, bunch of cry babies made the new rules, won't abide to that one btw, I'll be at 75res, taking out the mitigation rule is enough underpowering for my sorc, such weird edits

technically I should be able to have 10+max res with 90es, 100 mitigation, you can't edit rules of a ladder

/if there is a item or a skill you have questions about on whether it is acceptable despite the current rules
