i will be watching/reffing just about every matchup in the quarter finals and so on (semi finals, finals)

as long as those are both considered "FPK" sins, i.e. as long as its not a ghost sin or what not.. if both of those builds (max MB & or Max FB) are both gm in FPK games i believe its fine with me,.. i dont play sins (only fpk char ive never played) so not sure on this

so a nec can be max block against barbs but respec to vita vs all other casters?

yes, pretty sure those were rules on PD tournies as well.. respecing between MB and Vita is fine... RESPECING MID/DURING DUELS IS BM AND WILL INSTANT DQ YOU. BOTH PARTIES CAN ASK TO SEE GEAR BEFORE EVERY ROUND IF THEY WISH

respecing mid tourney was BM, you had to keep same build for entire length of tourney (on PD)

i didnt force anyone to choose to sign up on a barbs@@ most of the people i see using barbs have more than 1 FPK char not my fault...

oh if that's it than, than ill stick with that... i cant remember TBH havent done/been in a tourney for over a year
