The match should be

eraCer vs GotKush

Since Scott dueled 2 twice last rd

That means Scott and I gets a by since I havent lost yet

The winner of this match duels Scott then the winner of that match duels me ftw...... B)

This right here should've been enough for you two. Apparently it wasn't, but this is exactly what should've and will happen.

Joey will be posting to confirm this.

Scott, how have you gone and changed your mind thinking that you should sit out, to now saying you duel Jupe?

You were more correct the first time you posted saying that you should sit out.

You siitting out would mean that kush vs eracer was round 5.

Round 6 would be you vs Kush to determine 3rd.

Round 7 is the final battle.

ez pz kiddies.

Yeah.. I changed my mind when Toyota didn't duel twice like I had to when I was in the IDENTICAL position.

Rather then having him sit out a round when theres four people, it makes sense for us to duel just like jdunbar posted.

.. so I don't see what the big issue is here.. or why there's so much resistance to duel me in round 5.

lol, no. If I got bye then Toyota should have dueled twice JUST like I did.

Since I don't get the bye, Toyota duels me.

The only reason you dueled twice was because Joey fucked up.

What you fail to realize is that he's NOT in the exact same position as you are.

You're down to the final 3. There are two guys who have a loss and one guy who is undefeated.

This means the guys with the losses need to duel to determine third place.

You're clearly trying to bend the rules at the end as you have done in every single tournament you've been in.

It makes NO SENSE whatsoever for the undefeated guy to duel to determine third place. No matter what you conjure up. I've explained this concept to you about 4-5 times in the past tourneys and the only time you've agreed was when you were the guy without a loss....

You are twisting the rules Scott

The record speaks for itself

Theres only 3 players left

Ill repeat this once again lol

3rd place must take place before 1st and 2nd

Based on the current record and the amount of players left

You must Duel GotKush420 for 3rd spot

Its not Rocket Science here rofl........ :bonk:

Outside looking in, this is how i see it, explained even simpler than how Jupe explained it.

rd 5 had 4 people remaining, but because Scott dueled twice, he gets a bye to round 6

now in round 5, 3 people remained, so the person with the best record gets a bye.

so that left GotKush and eraCer.

move on to round 6, where we are.

3 people again.

the best record gets a bye to round 7.

this is JUPE.

end of story.

EDIT:
and scott, regardless of dueling twice, jupe defeated you BEFORE your second duel which eliminated Rolex. you would be at a 3-1 record, and still lower.

It's not only due to Jupe having the best record, it's due to the fact that both of the other two have losses.

This means there is no way in hell Jupe placing 3rd is even a possibility.

Think of it as a bracket system. Jupe is in the winner's bracket and must be double dipped to be knocked out.

i was 3-0 before dueling people twice, thats why I dueled twice. I was in first with most +

let me explain this.

there were an odd ammount of people, and I was in first. Rather than taking the bye, i suggested to Joey having first place (me) duel twice and sit out the following round rather than somebody sitting out.

Since this policy had been put in place, it should apply for the rest of the tournament.. meaning Jupe would duel both Racer and Kush in round 5, and I get a bye.

Kush should never have faced Race in the first place, but that policy was abandonded.

which Means I don't get the bye,
which means there are 4 people at the start of round 5
which means that I'm facing Jay.

it doesn't make ANY sense for jay to sit out 2 rounds in a row in first while I dueled twice in 1 round in first.

I was undefeated at the time as well.

This means for me to win the tournament, I have to complete 8 duels.

For jay to win he has to complete 5.

This is fair? lol

If a policy is applied to first place at one point in the tournament it should apply to first place for the WHOLE tournament, not just one round.
