the reason poison is bm is due to the fact that it stacks with that skill < ww, 50 dmg becomes 1000. and cold can be avoided so it's not slow/hf/decrep style advanatage

as for ppl having other other dmgs such as fire or lightning on thier gear, it doesn't bother me, no matter what it's going to be minor

Cold and Psn are Bm for right now me and Andrew are working on it. Whats the big deal of using cold anyways it slows us down its just not right. Psn and Cold should be OUTLAWED lol

it doesn't bother me when ppl use cold against me, i'm just concerned with this limiting gear due to a rare might have minor cold dmg. seems the "earth dmg" rule really confines gear/build possibilities

we're all going to be arreats/grief barbs more so than now

Alrighty... So there has been some issues with what is legit when it comes to elemental types of damage. The new rule, for the remainder of this ladder concerning cold effect damage, is that it absolutely must be consensual between both participants of a duel. Simply before you guys start a bout, ask one another if eaither party is using any cold damage effect charms/weapons, then decide then/there if its a go or not. At no time after a duel has started can you change you're mind, The duel has commenced, and there will be no further inturreption on that matter. And you simply need to give it a yes, or a no answer... There should be no reason for anyone to have to "Show" These specific charms to the opponent, untill the duel is complete, or otherwise. You may still show you're full gear/inv voluntarily, and you may be required to show gear if somone believes there is more to it then just a SC.. (Like say, a hidden WC ammy..) If there is any questions, please direct them to the appropriate people.. H/o, i think this has been pretty clear.
