NOTICE:
The current bvb ladder rules under heading E) Challenges:
- The loser of a challenge must wait 12 hours before issuing another challenge, and 24 hours before challenging the same person.
the above rule will now change to:
if A challenges B and B lost - B no longer needs to wait 12 hours to re-challenge (though must wait 12 hours to re-challenge the same person)
This is to promote duels to be more active and a shorter waiting time frame.
However the current rule still applies if A challenges B and A lost - A would have to wait 12 hours before re-issuing another challenge and 24 hours before challenging the same person.
