it was 3-2 at one point ..lol and i told u we could of dueled without sm and decrep...YOU wanted to play with them

but i think sm and decrept should be bm vs chars the use ias for ther main attack ( . ( like arrows or pure zeal or smite)

if a character is a hybrid like a synching hammerdin.. decrept should be gm vs them even if they are hybrid using smite...not much of a chance for necro vs a pally that keeps running around the map spamming hammers

sorry for spam but they are easy for necs i have never had a problem killing any hdin on east only time i die to any din is a lucky random charge i'm not expecting due to my nec being vita

lmk how do u beat a pally that constantly synches around the map...everytime u come close teles or charges away, and spams hammers everywhere. pointless dueler imo..no skill in it.\

L2 necro lol your max block and need decrep vs a zon?

If I see you having vita life in another s/s to show me that you are changing your spec for different duels ill remove you from the ladder btw.

Hammerdins are so easy to beat. Oh no synch wow you must be bad on necro if you cant win that easy of a match.

/e that glitch in the game is countered by necros glitch in the game ibs holy fuck.

Banned list:

Big notifications so this ladder doesn't becoming so inactive/dead:

1) The 3 day dodge rule is strictly enforce, a dodge count will be added to the person challenged unless an extension is requested.
2) If you need an extension, PLEASE post that you need it so it will not be counted as a dodge.
3) If a user surpasses 2 dodges, he/she will be removed from the ladder.
4) If a user receives 2 consecutive dodges, he/she will be removed from the ladder.
5) If you are going to be on vacation for more than 2 weeks at a time, you will be removed from the ladder and will have to work your way back up.
6) If you were last seen 6 or more days ago, you will be removed from the ladder.
7) If you do not have PM access, you will be removed from the ladder.
8) If you would like to help update the ladder, please contact myself or one of the mediators/updaters.
9) Spam WILL NOT be tolerated here, pm each other if you have that big of a problem or go slam each other in a pub (Idgaf)

3-2 before you figured out how to smoothly transist the chainlock of decrepify into a telestomp with a clay golem smack
Me taking up the offer of you not using decrep just makes me look like a pussy, thus I had to use the full rules
Besides, even if you were leniant enough not to use these skills, the other necs wouldn't be
I figured I may as well try and adapt to vs decrep ASAP

But the use of Slow Missles is not an adequate balance to Decrep + Clay
Slow Missles only slows the flight speed of a projectile, it doesn't slow your FCR fps and sure as hell doesnt' impede your mobility
As soon as you land on me with a clay after decreping me, I move so slow that it doesn't matter that Slow Missles has been cast, you're going to him me
and your consequative attacks are just as fast as if Slow Missles was not cast, you have the same dps (damage per second)

The IAS character who catches dual slow effects like this however isnt' so lucky
Not only does your FRW turn into tip toe stand still (making you entirely vulnerable even to stupid shit like a molten boulder)
but your fpa goes to absolute shit, it was taking me about 3 seconds to start and end 1 single attack's animation (also leaving you entirely vulnerable)
and seriously dropping your dps capability

My suggestion is not to eliminate the use of Decrep, Clay or Slow Missles
But make a new rule entirely in addition to the standard ESCNL ruleset
and that rule would be:

No use of dual slow effects

You may use a skill that grants a slowing effect
or 1 item that grants slow %
Not both


It's only reasonable
